Cast Iron Pan (for Crepes!)

 

Cast iron pans last for generations if they’re well taken care of. I love them because of how evenly they distribute and hold heat while you’re cooking. This is my second cast iron pan and I purchased it specifically for making crepes! It can also be used for pancakes, bacon, eggs, pizza. It is 10.5 inches and is not as heavy as my standard cast iron. It comes pre-seasoned but don’t forget to take care of your pan and season it often to help keep the integrity! This worked wonderfully for the mille crepe cake I made. The perfect pan for a crepe!
