Dam Good Sweet by David Guas
I bought this book primarily for one recipe - David Guas’ red velvet cake. I have made this recipe several times over the years and based on my personal preference, there is no better red velvet cake recipe floating around. I wanted to purchase his hardcover book and experiment with the other New Orleans flavored recipes he has developed. This is something I will have on hand for the rest of my life!
