French Rolling Pin

 

This is my preferred design for a rolling pin. I’ve used the ones with handles on the sides but I’ve found that I have less control with these types and cheaper ones may even break. Additionally, flour and dough get caught in the hinges. The cleaning on this tapered design is so easy. I’ve used my trusty french rolling pin for a variety of baking adventures and she has not failed me yet!
